About Jenna
Model, Spokesperson and Television Host Jenna King is the reigning Miss Alabama All-Star United States.
King is a graduate of the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. She earned a B.A. in Communications with a major in Telecommunication and Film and Sports Broadcasting and a minor in Spanish.
In 2011 King won the prestigious title of Miss Teen Mississippi United States. She went on to compete for Miss Teen United States and was Second-Runner-Up. During her year as Miss Teen Mississippi she hosted over 200 charity events around the US. Jenna's time giving to other organizations inspired her to team up with a University of Alabama Offensive Lineman, Austin Shepherd. Together, King and Shepherd started "The Austin Shepherd Foundation benefitting Children's of Alabama Hospital in Birmingham in honor of King's late brother, Jon (www.shepfoundation.org). Jenna and Austin make monthly visits to see kids in the hospital and take gifts. In just two short months, they raised $10,000 for Children's of Alabama to begin the Beads of Courage program.
Jenna's modeling career has brought much success. She has graced the cover of Supermodel's Unlimited Magazine and has walked the runway for Supermodel's Unlimited, Macy's, Belk, Marcia's on the Square, and more.
Jenna is also an avid traveler and sports enthusiast. Her passion for Basketball lead her to San Antonio, Texas in 2008 with CBS Sports. Jenna packed her video camera and got the scoop on the games and behind the scenes action. Since then, she has worked as an Associate Producer for Fox Sports, and a contributer to ESPNU Campus Connection. King has also worked with Kentucky Sports Television and has earned a spot as a reporter on "The Sports Report" and "Fitness Today" in Los Angeles.
King has interned for WTVF in Nashville, TN, one of CBS's largest affiliates and floor produced their entertainment show, "Talk of the Town." She has also worked at the Sports Desk at WLEX, Lexington, KY's NBC affiliate, as well as at FOX 5 Sports in Washington DC.


Miss Alabama All-Star United States 2013
